A Prison Riot Breaks Out in Indiana

A “massive” riot erupted today at New Castle Correctional Facility, a prison located in the state of Indiana. The inmates there set fires and attempted to tear down a fence. The police had to use tear gas and water cannons to break up the riot. At least two members of the prison staff were injured by the inmates’ violence.
